RENAZCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY

The following terms of the RENAZCO International Limited Warranty apply to RENAZCO watches sold or presented for guarantee service worldwide, except where local laws require alternative terms.

Your RENAZCO timepiece is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below. During this period, defective components resulting from a manufacturing fault, as determined by an Authorized RENAZCO After-Sales Service Center, will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Only Authorized RENAZCO Retailers, Boutiques, and After-Sales Service Centers are authorized to perform warranty services in accordance with RENAZCO’s official standards. Any service, repair, or modification performed by a non-authorized party will void the RENAZCO International Warranty.

Exclusions

This International Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidental impact, misuse, neglect, or abusive handling (including shocks, crushing, or oxidation).
  • Damage caused by exposure to strong magnetic fields, high temperatures, or corrosive environments.
  • Consequences of normal wear, tear, or aging of the watch, movement, or strap.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or opening of the watch case.
  • Removal or alteration of the serial number or identification markings.
  • Loss or theft of the watch.
  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, or battery replacement.
  • Leather straps as they are subject to natural wear and environmental conditions.

Conditions of Application

This warranty is valid only if the watch was purchased from an Authorized RENAZCO , Retailer, Boutique, or Online store
To benefit from this warranty, you must present your original RENAZCO Warranty Card, duly completed, dated, and activated by an Authorized Retailer, Boutique or online store at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of transportation, including packaging and insurance, when sending the watch for service.

In your capacity as a consumer, you may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. These legal rights are not affected by this warranty.
