RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. 

The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

 2. Non-Refundable Items

 Customized Watches: Watches that have been personalized or customized to your specifications are not eligible for a refund.

 3. Refund Process

 Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@renazcowatches.com with your order details and reason for the return. 

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Address: You will be provided with the appropriate return address upon receiving your RMA number.

 4. Refund Approval and Processing

 Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Rejection: If your return is rejected due to not meeting our eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 5. Exchanges

 Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [customer service email] with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange or repair at no additional cost to you.

Exchanging for a Different Item: If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
