  • Clients are fully responsible for any content submitted for customization, including images, names, or concepts.

  • Personal data is not shared with third parties.

  • All customization-related data is permanently deleted after the order is completed and delivered.

7. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via SMSA Express.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • If incorrect shipping details are provided or a shipment is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a USD 30 handling fee for return shipping and administrative costs.

  • Any customs or duty fees incurred during return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Returns & Refunds

Regular Watches

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.

Customized Watches

  • Customized watches are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
