SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At RENAZCO, we prioritize prompt delivery of your orders, entrusting reputable multinational express shipping providers with their safe transit. All orders are dispatched within two days, accompanied by a tracking link for your convenience. Shipments originate from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and are handled securely by:

  • SMSA Express or ARAMEX (Within UAE)
  • SMSA Express, DHL, ARAMEX, or FEDEX (Internationally)

Domestic deliveries typically reach you within 1 to 3 business days, while international shipments vary between 5 to 7 business days, contingent on location. Rest assured, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

For UAE orders, our daily cut-off time is 12pm local time, and for international orders, it’s 12pm GMT. Any orders placed after these times will be processed the following day.

For deliveries within the UAE, the prices displayed on www.renazcowatches.com already include UAE VAT.

For international deliveries outside of the UAE, the prices listed on our website exclude customs duties, sales taxes, or VAT. Please note that you may be liable for taxes or duties on imported goods as per your country’s regulations. Customs practices and regulations vary by country, and thus, we cannot predict or influence these charges.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges related to taxes or customs clearance. If your order is subject to import taxes, duties, or sales taxes, you will need to settle these fees with the courier upon receiving your package(s).
